Its week 2, the focus is releasing limiting beliefs about yourself and other people. It is essentially about integration and forgiveness. Plainly stated, your subconscious negative beliefs about anything or anyone blocks your ability to receive your good.
This week the focus is on finding your core shadows. Shadows are hidden and often disowned parts of ourselves that obstruct our ability to fully access your birthright of an abundant, joyful, healthy and fulfilling life. These may be hidden within judgments we have about other people such as; Arrogance, Impatience, Avoidance, Perfectionism, Stupidity, Prejudice, etc. Complete and submit.
START! Acting and Doing as you will when your desire is already fulfilled!
STOP! Reactivating old residue of what has been!
Remember! You always get more of what you give your attention to!
Sentence Completion:
Sentence completion is an effective tool that allows you to access often hidden clues from your subconscious mind. To complete the exercise; Now that you have found and accepted that previously disowned negative aspect; i.e.Arrogance, Impatience, Avoidance, Perfectionism, Stupidity, Prejudice, etc. Fill in the blanks until you’ve exhausted any possible answers. Complete and submit.

Take time to listen to what your body is saying to you. Take time to listen to your physical sensations and your feelings. They are sending you important messages. Eat a healthy high protein meal every 4 hours and engage in 30 minutes of enjoyable exercise at least 3 times per week. Connect with people that care about you at least once a week. Listen to your Hypnosis session at least once a day.
If you have the urge to engage in unhealthy behaviors – Exercise, Reach out to positive people, Practice the 10/10 journaling exercise or listen to your session before attempting to satisfy your unmet need with the unhealthy behavior.
