MORNING/NIGHT REMINDERS FROM THE UNIVERSE JOURNALING EXERCISE:
The Reminders offered in these audios are intended to slow you down and remember that you are a divine, beautiful child of God, deserving of all that is good. As you remember the truth you will begin to dismantle the old habits and behaviors that kept you from living your divine right purpose. Soon you will accept the truth of who you are and get very comfortable with acting like it.
Remember to choose 1 per day for 5 consecutive days.
If you choose to listen in the morning; write in your journal how you will apply the Reminder throughout your day, giving an incremental description of how, in what ways, and with whom you will apply them through your day (and do it!). At night before bed write in your journal how you felt through the day as you applied the Reminder; for example noting any resistance to the application, any interesting feedback or responses you recieved from others as you apply the Reminder.
If you choose to listen in the evening before bed, write in your journal how you will visualize applying the Reminder throughout your next day, giving incremental descriptions of how, in what ways, and with whom you will apply it throughout you’re rehearsed visualization as you drift off to sleep. In the morning note how you feel, and any dreams you may have had during the night.
