*WARNING* This is an advanced understanding!! It’s essentially an update to a 2018 post “FINDING THE GIFT WITHIN JEALOUSY”. In my meditation, I was inspired to take it up a notch. It’s a hard concept, that can be triggering, thus everyone is not ready. If you can’t wrap your heart and mind around this message right now, no worries. Be patient with yourself, practice the YouTube meditation and take this survey. But let’s be real, at different points in our lives, we have all experienced the sharp pangs of jealousy and envy. These emotions often creep in unannounced, leaving us feeling unsettled and even ashamed. Society teaches us to judge these feelings, to suppress them, and to quickly move past them. Today, I invite you to shift your perspective and embrace these emotions as powerful allies on your evolutionary journey to your Best Self!
Jealousy and envy should not be feared or condemned. They are powerful gifts, messages from your soul, urging you to awaken and grow. These emotions do not indicate weakness or failure; instead, they prompt you to elevate your consciousness.
When you feel jealousy or envy, recognize that these emotions are pointing you toward something greater. They highlight the areas of your life where you desire more, where you feel a need to expand, to evolve. Rather than shaming yourself for feeling this way, listen to what these emotions are trying to tell you. What is it that you truly want? What is the next level of growth that your soul is yearning for?
By seeing jealousy and envy from a higher perspective, you can turn them into tools for personal growth. They are not meant to bring you down, but to lift you up and propel you towards fulfilling your true potential. Embrace these feelings with curiosity and compassion to uncover the wisdom they hold.
Remember, your emotions reflect your inner world. By tuning in and understanding their deeper messages, you open the door to profound transformation. So when jealousy or envy arises, welcome it, learn from it, and let it guide you to your Best Self.
Peace & Blessings,
Tamara
