Get Familiar with Timelessness
Imagine that you are surrounded by a warm, comforting light. This light is the essence of timelessness. As you focus on this web, imagine it dissolving, thread by thread, until you are completely free. You are no longer bound by these constraints; you are stepping into a space where time has no power over you.
Connect with the Rhythm
In this space outside of time, begin to sense the rhythm of the universe. Feel the gentle pulse of life flowing through you, connecting you to the Divine source and the natural world. This rhythm is different from the ticking of a clock—it is the eternal pulse of creation, always present and always available to you. Allow yourself to align with this rhythm, feeling it synchronize with your heartbeat, your breath, and your very being.
Healing and Renewal
As you continue to rest in this timeless space, notice how your body and mind begin to relax even deeper. In this place, there is no rush, no urgency—only the continuous, soothing flow of Divine energy.
