In this Monday morning meditation is little different. It’s focused on heart coherence and appreciation, I invite participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace that sets a positive tone for the week ahead.
I explain one of my favorite Hebrew words; “suach,” which means to quietly commune or simply be present, as Isaac does in the field, illustrating the importance of mindfulness and the connection to our surroundings that enrich our everyday experiences. I then guide participants through a stillness practice where they focus on their breath, allowing each inhale to bring in calmness and each exhale to release tension, creating a soothing rhythm that nurtures their bodies and minds.
In this chill space, we focus on feeling thankful for the now and the people around us, reminding everyone to not just think about their own paths but also the shared experiences we all have. This practice isn’t just about finding emotional balance and mental clarity; it’s also about really plugging in to gratitude, helping us feel genuinely good, which is your natural state, that’s why it feels so good. This vibration carries over into our everyday lives, pushing us to tackle challenges with style and celebrate the little wins with excitement. During this hangout, we’re all reminded how powerful it is to be present, to actually be part of life as it happens, and to notice those small things that usually fly under the radar.
