How much of your day is spent worrying about tomorrow…or replaying yesterday?
In this week’s Selah Monday Morning Meditation, we explore the beautiful Hebrew word Emunah—often translated as faith or trust. But Emunah is much more than believing everything will work out exactly as we hope. It is learning to live with a quiet steadiness while life is still unfolding.
Together, we reflect on the natural rhythms of creation. Morning becomes evening. The tide rises and falls. Every season gives way to the next. Life is always moving, always changing, reminding us that no single moment lasts forever.
During today’s guided meditation, I invite you to try a simple practice:
Schedule twenty minutes of peace.
For just a little while, gently set down your worries, your unanswered questions, and the responsibilities waiting for your attention. They’ll still be there when the meditation is over. But for these few moments, you are free to rest.
I also share a very personal story about why the word Emunah holds such a special place in my own heart.
As you move through this week, remember:
The future will arrive in its own time.
Today deserves your full attention.
If today’s Selah meditation spoke to your heart, I’d love to invite you to continue the journey.
My book, Spiritual Healing, was born from one of the most difficult seasons of my life and became an invitation into deeper healing, self-awareness, and lasting peace.
