As I reflected on the food changes I’ve witnessed over decades, I detailed several concerning patterns, such as the rise of processed foods and the decline of nutritional quality. I encouraged viewers to take control of their health choices by being more informed and proactive about their food selections and to keep an eye out for parts two and three of my series, which will delve deeper into these issues and provide actionable steps for making healthier dietary decisions.
